Structured like a workshop, expect a well-rounded flow that builds to an arm balance or pinnacle pose, and inversion exploration. There are alternative options for every pose so you are able to grow your practice in a safe and supportive class. We will gain both strength and flexibility in our bodies and minds, while having a lot of fun. If you are looking to advance your practice, Playtime is the class for you! *Some yoga experience is recommended.
